Package Example

  • A Pocket Forests Lunch and Learn: Our team provides a presentation about biodiversity, native trees and communities for your staff to enjoy during their lunch break.

Bishopstown

  • In 2022 Pocket Forests worked with medical device multinational Stryker to plant a Pocket Forest in the grounds of Bishopstown Community College in county Cork. Stryker staff worked alongside the Pocket Forests team and students to prepare the soil in February 2022 and later planted 150 native Irish trees and shrubs in an area next to the school yard.

Leopardstown Dublin DCC plc

  • Pocket Forests worked DCC plc to prepare the soil and plant a Pocket Forest on their grounds in South Dublin. The 100 square metre forest was designed as two kidney shapes to allow staff to sit in a central circle and be surrounded by trees and shrubs. A team of DCC plc staff worked together on the crisp winter morning. To prepare the site we added microbes to the ground to help mulch down the grass, topped with repurposed packaging cardboard from an office refit. We finished with barrow loads of woodchip to bring more woody material and beneficial fungi to the forest floor.
